Forest will sign James Chambers from Leicester for £250k along with Danny Webber for £500k.
Earnshaw will not sign as it appears he'd rather go back to Cardiff.
The club are also looking at the prospect of getting Scott Sinclair and Fraizer Campbell on season-long loans as Manchester Utd do not want Campbell at another Premiership club should Hull go up and they do not want to sell him.

Chambers is staying - Webber is going to palace. Sinclair is off to QPR again. Campbell has already signed with Hull for next season and Earnshaw signed for you 3 weeks ago
