LFC will only sign anyone else in this window if a player leaves. Sissoko to leave to Athletico Madrid or to Marseille in a player swap + cash deal or a first option on a player deal (would involve Nasri or Aguero). Don't think Aguero would happen because Torres and Aguero don't fit too well.
Sissoko + cash may well be offered to Valencia as well to tempt them to part with either Villa or Silva.
